USP 174:  Regional Governance and Planning Reconsidered

Description: This course explores regional planning and local governance in California, focusing on the San Diego region. Topics covered include the current system, the state/local relationship, and the incentives and disincentives for restructuring regional and local governance and planning.

Prerequisite: upper-division standing.

Student Participation: 20 per quarter
